Shack in the back a été fondé en 2023 par deux amis, Jacob Campbell et Ashley White. Nous aimons créer les articles que nous vendons et voir les sourires et la joie que nos créations apportent aux gens de tous âges, de 8 à 88 ans.

Ashley s'occupe de nos peluches. Elle choisit soigneusement les couleurs et les fils pour donner vie à ces adorables peluches.

Jacob est l'exploitant de l'usine qui recrute actuellement des Oompa Loompas. Il aime imprimer en 3D des gadgets et créer des enseignes, des planches à découper et des gobelets uniques gravés au laser.

Nous sommes basés à Newcastle, en Ontario, mais nous aimons voyager pour assister à des salons et des marchés dans d'autres villes. Alors, si vous nous croisez dans votre ville, passez nous voir ! Nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer !


Welcome to the Shack! Meet Ashley, Jacob & Their Creations

Hey there, and welcome to Shack In The Back Designs – the brainchild of best friends Jacob Campbell and Ashley White, launched in 2023 right here in Newcastle, Ontario! Our main gig? Simple: "Crafting smiles since 2023!" Seriously, we get a huge kick out of making cool stuff and seeing the grins it brings to faces, whether you're 8 or 88!  

So, who's behind the magic?

Meet Ashley, our resident yarn whisperer and head of "stuffed creature care"! She dives into piles of the softest yarns, picking out the perfect colours to crochet adorable Amigurumi critters that are practically bursting with personality. Think huggable farm buddies, quirky sea creatures, and maybe even a mythical pal or two – all handmade with love and ready for cuddles.  

And then there's Jacob, the captain of our "factory"! He's the tech wizard, firing up the 3D printers to create awesome "gizmos and gadgets" – from epic dragons to armies of adorable miniature animals, all made with eco-friendly PLA. Not stopping there, he also commands the laser engraver, zapping cool designs onto signs, cutting boards, tumblers, and even personalized mini sports jerseys!
